GWAC & IDIQ vehicle support

DKA supports contractors evaluate major governmentwide and agency-specific vehicles, develop capture and teaming strategies, and pursue task order opportunities when the vehicle is accessible to them.

A broader vehicle strategy

Not every contract vehicle should be treated the same.

Some vehicles are continuously open, some have periodic on-ramps, some are closed to new prime contractors, and others are nearing the end of their ordering periods. Rather than creating the impression that every named vehicle is currently open for applications, DKA can work with companies to understand which vehicles are realistically actionable and what role—prime contractor, subcontractor, teammate, or task order bidder—makes sense.

GSA Alliant 3Next-generation GSA GWAC for enterprise IT services. DKA can support teaming, capture, and task order proposal strategy for companies positioned to participate.
GSA 8(a) STARS IIIGovernmentwide IT GWAC reserved for qualified 8(a) small businesses, with task order opportunities for existing contract holders and teaming partners.
GSA HCaTSHuman capital and training vehicle currently transitioning toward the end of its ordering periods. OASIS+ and MAS are becoming the more relevant future-facing paths for many requirements.
NIH CIO-SP3NITAAC's CIO-SP3 vehicles are scheduled to sunset in October 2026. DKA can work with clients to understand transition and teaming implications, but we would not market this as a new-entry vehicle.
Agency IDIQsMany departments and agencies maintain their own multiple-award IDIQ contracts. DKA can assist with solicitation review, capture planning, proposal development, and teaming.
Future on-ramps & recompetesWhen a major vehicle reopens or recompetes, DKA can work with clients to evaluate qualification requirements early and prepare before the proposal window becomes compressed.

Teaming is often the practical path onto a closed vehicle.

If a company does not hold a particular GWAC or IDIQ as a prime, that does not necessarily eliminate the opportunity. DKA can help evaluate subcontracting and teaming strategies with existing prime contractors and build teams around specific task order requirements.
