Government Proposal Writing Services
DKA develops clear, compliant government proposal responses built around the solicitation, the evaluation criteria, and the way your company actually performs.
Proposal development built around the solicitation.
Since 1995, DKA has supported companies interpret government solicitations and develop competitive responses. Proposal development is part of our broader government procurement consulting practice, so the work starts with understanding the acquisition, the evaluation criteria and the client—not with generic boilerplate.
DKA can develop written responses covering technical, management, quality control, staffing, transition, past performance, cost or pricing, and other requirements identified in the solicitation. The client supplies the company-specific substance; DKA organizes and develops it into a response designed to be clear to the evaluator and compliant with the instructions.
How DKA approaches a proposal
Post-submittal support
Submission is often not the end of the procurement. DKA can continue through clarification requests and deficiency reports, discussions, best and final offers or final proposal revisions, oral presentation preparation and pre-award survey preparation.
Post-award support
When a client wins, DKA can also assist with plans and procedures required by the agency, phase-in and transition requirements, contract modifications and ongoing technical or administrative support within the agreed engagement.
Research before the writing starts
Not every solicitation is worth pursuing. DKA can support opportunity research, solicitation analysis, agency-specific research and Freedom of Information Act research to help clients understand a requirement and make a better bid/no-bid decision.
